There is no such thing as writer’s block. It’s just a naked page in waiting. I spent years working as a creative writing instructor and contributing magazine editor and contest judge. I read a lot of words on a lot of pages. In all those years I went on very few journeys. And those journeys were well worth my time. Why? The authors trusted me. They were vulnerable, embracing the naked page with passion, and raw pain. I held my breath, fighting for them, and cheering for them in the end. I thanked them for inviting me in. I longed for more.
